Baby measuring small

Hi Guys, first time poster here, wondering if you could give me a bit of advice.

At 27+6 midwife appointment, baby was measuring very small according to the FH, surprisingly managed to get a growth scan for the same day. At the scan the measurments weren't nearly as dramtically low (as expected), but still small - FL and HC were 10th centile but AC was 4th centile.
Another growth scan on 29+6 showed she was growing but again FL and HC are still 10th centile and AC still 4th centile. While not immediately alarming (I don't think), I'm curious to know what this actually means.
I have another growth scan on Monday, I'll be 31+5 at the time and an appointment with the doctor to discuss everything following this.

Does anyone have any idea what sort of questions I should be asking? Google is not helping.

For a bit of context, this is my 2nd pregnancy. 1st baby was always measured bang on average, He was 8lb 11oz when I gave birth (42+1... I think he'd still be there now if I'd given him the choice). I'm only 5ft2 and 8st pre-pregnancy (about 10st now). I myself was a decent weight when I was born (8lb 3oz).

Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.
