Pregnancy fears

I'm 19, this is my first ever pregnancy (wasn't planned but very happy!). I've never had any sort of miscarraige/eptopic pregnancy but I'm in complete fear of it happening. I'm 7 weeks and 3 days, I found out at 4 weeks. Haven't had an appointment yet (as my GP said I have to wait til 8 weeks to schedule anything), but I did go to A&E for cramps where they confirmed pregnancy and a high HCG. I wasn't aware of the mild cramping you get in early pregnancy, and even though the hospital told me everything was fine I'm in complete fear every time I get a twinge or a ache. It's never pain, just like menstrual cramps, but sometimes I get twinges of sharp stabbing pain (round ligament?) and I go into a meltdown thinking "well this is it". I am completely healthy (even though I know this doesn't mean I am immune to Miscarriages), I'm just a mess. I have no spotting or bleeding, and am experiencing the full sickness/headaches/aversions. I'm taking my folic acid and pregnancy pills. Does anyone have any advice? Or just stories of this sort of "pain" where everything turned out fine? Just need someone who's experienced to help me lol, Thank you!

Congratulations!
I know it's hard but try not to worry about every little twinge, they are completely normal the whole way through pregnancy. Your body is stretching, growing and your organs are moving to make room for growing your baby, it's going to cause twinges and pains.
I had severe pain when I was around 8 weeks pregnant and ended up in a&e with a suspected ectopic pregnancy, thankfully everything was fine and it was just a urine infection causing the pain.
It might help to go for an early private scan, if you can afford to, it definitely helped me because I didn't "feel" pregnant or have any of the usual symptoms early on so it gave me a bit of comfort to know baby was actually in there happy and growing healthily.

My daughter is nearly 12 weeks pregnant and apart from sickness is suffering with bad migraines....any one else had these?

I had bad cramps in early pregnancy. My cramps convinced me I couldn’t be pregnant because they were so similar to the cramps when I come on my period. I also had some sharp pain on one side. If you’re concerned about the cramps ring the EPAU. They didn’t need to bring me in. Everything was fine at the 10 week scan (too early but based on my last period) and at the 12 weeks scan. I chose not to have a private scan but that’s something you can look into if you’re worried.

I’m now waiting on my 20 weeks scan. I still have little twinges and I panic. It’s hard to get past that feeling of cramps meaning your period is coming. I’m anxious for the 20 week scan, even though I’ve still got pregnancy symptoms, just second trimester symptoms. I’ll feel temporarily relieved if everything isnOK at the 20 week scan but then I expect I’ll start worrying all over again a few weeks later.
