Hi all
I'm 32 weeks and just tested positive for COVID.
Really worried- anyone else tested positive whilst pregnant??
Just looking for some reassurance as I'm worried about baby x

Oh lovely I have no words of advice, but didn't want to read and run. I'm sure the hospital will now monitor you even more closely if not admit you. A friend of a friend had Covid at 8 months, managed to get to full term without being hospitalised. Sending you lots of positive thoughts x

I don't have any experience as I've not had covid but just want to say I hope you feel better soon and make sure to just rest in bed and drink plenty of fluids xx

My first call would be the MW and take it from there. Are you showing symptoms?

As others have said I'm sure someone will be along soon to share their experience but I hope you feel better soon.

Not me but one of my friends was 33 weeks when she tested positive, she had to have clexane injections for I believe it was three weeks (but I may have that figure wrong) other than that she was absolutely fine - a little short of breath and a dry cough for a few days, baby was a tad small on arrival but nothing concerning and he has absolutely flourished now with no health problem and growing well!

Hope you feel better soon!

Hi I just wondered how you were xx

Missssmamaaa · 27/07/2021 10:09

I had covid at 32/33 weeks and was bad with it - insane fever, sore body and couldn't eat. Just try to rest and keep yourself hydrated and if you get worse phone 111. I went to out of hours gp and had blood preassure/urine checked.
The week after I had I was non stop vomiting but after about 3/4 days felt alot better. Hope you feel better soon xx
