Possible miscarriage

Hi All, I’m 6 weeks pregnant and on Friday I woke up and all of my symptoms had suddenly disappeared. I had nausea, really painful breasts, bloating, fatigue the full works!
On Friday night I had a really bad stomach ache and a little diarrhoea. When I wiped I had bright red blood. Since then I have had on and off brown only when I wipe and bright red blood after I poop.
I have previously had a miscarriage and it was obviously because of the bleeding which I don’t have now.
I have called my doctors over & over for 2 days but you just get a message ‘we’re experiencing high call volumes, try again later’ and you get cut off.

Today I have had a little cramping and a really strange butterfly kind of feeling in my stomach. I did a test today and it’s still showing a strong positive.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I have no idea what is going on. I will keep calling the doctors tomorrow to try and get to speak to someone.

If it’s specifically after a no 2 it could be blood vessels bursting (apparently more common in pregnancy ) and your baby might be fine. It’s impossible to know - do you have the option of booking a private scan?

Cramping is quite normal during the 1st trimester.

I would call your local early pregnancy unit, usually they are pretty good. Or if your in the UK call 111 and explain to them you've bled while pregnant they may be able to get you seen to at another doctors surgery or refer you to EPU. If it was just the one red bleed it could be a haematoma, I had this with my little boy I'm not sure why it happens though or how to explain it properly I was 8 weeks when it happened to me and went for a scan and everything was fine with the baby. This pregnancy i literally lost all my symptoms at around 6 weeks the sickness came back from around 9 weeks and still going and I'm 22 weeks. Try not to be discouraged I know pregnancy after miscarriage is sooo tough and worrying I've had 7 in total, 5 before my little boy and 2 after him and now pregnant again and it never gets easier and every little twinge, loss of symptom is definitely worrisome! I hope everything works out for you and you get seen to ASAP xxx
