C Section Pre-Op

Can anyone tell me what I can expect to happen at my C Section pre-op? I had an emergency section last time, so didn't have one.

I never got to my pre-op because my waters broke the day before 🤣 so technically i had an emergency c section, but it was nothing like my actual previous emergency one. I was due to be weighed, have bloods done & ask any questions i had about the procedure.

They checked my weight, did bloods, mrsa swabs and I got 2 lots of steroids as our twins were delivered at 38wk (they only do that if before 39wk). I think they're doing covid testing now too.

Thank you! I completely forgot to ask my midwife and I won't see her until afterwards now.
