There’s no nub visable on that picture and the hamburger / hotdog needs to be a potty shot directly of babies genitals, but if this is your 12 week scan, you won’t be able to tell yet anyway. Have you any other pictures?

From looking at the last picture, I’d say boy but I’m no expert.
