Baby moving ?

I am 11 weeks and I feel fluttering all the time and it's so sweet. Is that baby? Does this mean is okay? My next app isn't till week 15 and I'm anxious . Has anyone felt like this so early?

It’s very very unlikely to be baby that you can feel at this stage. They’re too small.
