Has anyone's midwife recommended anything for pelvic pain?

Does anyone know anything that helps? Paracetamol doesn't touch the sides! So uncomfortable when walking but even sitting down can be irritable at times, at night my hips ache! I don't know if I should ring because there's not much they can do...
I'm 38+2

All the info is on the pelvic partnership website.

I've been struggling since about 16 weeks and am now 39 weeks. I've seen a physio and chiropractor which helped and my GP just recommended paracetamol (!) Definitely doesn't take the edge of it at all, he said he could give stronger painkillers but would mean baby would need to be monitored more after delivery and I decided I didnt want that. Some days are better than others and I manage my pain by following physio advice. Now I'm closer to delivery I wish id taken stronger painkillers though!
