11 weeks and I'm feeling very good. I am lucky or should I worry ? No cramps , no blood , nothing bad just no symptoms 😩

Totally normal. As good as forums like MN are, they convince women that they must have tons of symptoms even starting as early as 4dpo it’s just not the way things work. Believe me, you can have an easy pregnancy but something will eventually crop up and you’ll miss being symptom-free. I felt great up until 28 weeks!
