Diarrhoea in mornings-28 weeks

Sorry tmi!
So the last 4 weeks every morning I have been getting diarrhoea. It’s a nightmare trying to get the kids ready for school. Today I had to get hubby to. I get none in the day and I’m totally fine past 9 am. (The mornings I’m going about 4 times and it’s painful). I do have ibs so normally would be taking meds.
What can I eat for breakfast to help? Has this happened to anyone else please?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hi, I am 25 weeks and have ibs too, for the past week I've been having an upset tummy in the mornings like you and then nothing the rest of the day. I have been wondering why to be honest but assumed it was because I eat a lot of fibre? I know this isn't helpful but just wanted you to know I feel your pain xx

Thanks for replying felt a bit weird as I didn’t think it was normal so it’s nice hearing others having the same 🤦🏼‍♀️. Although not sure
If it’s fibre

It might just be one of those things! I've read about ibs either getting worse or better during pregnancy, mine has been worse xx

Yes normally mine is better but mine has been worse this time. Seems my ibs doenst mind Mac Donald though. I don’t understand that lol.
