Hi,
just wondering .have been preg. before & experienced the morning sickness/nausea,so that is nothing unexpected, just trying to get on with it....but can anyone relate to this awful feeling that is accompaning the all day nausea,a feeling which I can onlyt describe as like a permanent hangover(except I haven't had anything to drink)
Its like having constant flu..should this go at same time nausea tails off?
I don't think I am dehydrated as I drink plenty fluids each day.
Anyway was just wondering if this is very common & related to nausea,so I can have hope it might disappear if nausea stops?
Any advice appreciated,Thanks,R.

I had all day nausea with ds2. In fact, when I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night I still felt it! With ds1 I had a couple of weeks of just sickening headaches as well.

I felt the way you describe for 18 weeks with DD2 and never had in any pregnancies before or since.

I felt like that til about week 13ish. Then it faded but I have the odd day of it. I wouldn't worry. As annoying as it may be, it might not last too long

yup hungover every day - ie more than just sickness and headaches. Worse when morning sickness was at its worst but still feel a bit like that every single day (now 30 weeks....) Gets worse after lunch. No idea what causes it and tbh have never heard anyone else describing this symptom...

just realised probably not being too encouraging seeing as you're only 8 weeks! Although I still get it mildly not really been a problem since about week 20ish. Hope it gets better soon.

I feel your pain - had permanent hangover until week 13 on both pregnancies - not nice and nothing for it only straight home to bed after work and sleep it off - til the next day! Dont worry you will wake up 1 day and it will be gone as quick as it came!!! Good luck

yes I know exactly how you feel I am 7+4 and exhausted feel like I have been run over by a bus. All part and parcel I'm afraid, I seem to remember it eased about 13-14 weeks just before the SPD kicked in
