Early pregnancy , when to tell parents who are moving?

After over 2 years of trying and sitting on the waiting list for IVF we finally managed to get pregnant the 'spontanous' way. My folks know we have been trying and have been really supportive.

The issue is my parents are moving house at the end of the month to an area 3hrs drive away. This is the 1st time they have moved house in 25 years. I'm happy for them but do I tell them I'm pregnant before they go? Even if it's super early (6-7weeks)?
I don't wanna stress them out or add any guilt to them for moving away.
Or do I wait until I'm past the 12 weeks stage and then let them know as was the original plan?

I'd do whenever you feel most comfortable telling them. If they knew you were trying and still decided to move away, then they knew they'd be further away when/if you did conceive already! Therefor they, and you, shouldn't have any guilt about it!

Would the news change their decision to move?

Would you tell them if something went wrong? If yes then go for it. I'm planning on telling my mum at 7 weeks (just because that's when I'll see her)

I don't think them moving would influence when I told them. We told our parents at 18 weeks, same time we started breaking the news to everyone else. It's really up to you whenever you want to tell them.

It's up to you.

Depends if you want to tell them face to face then tell them now unless your willing to drive the 3 hours to them.

Me and my partner told our parents the week we found out as we wanted to tell them face to face and we haven't told anyone else yet
