Yes. My LO who is due in 4 days time gets the hiccups every night when I go to bed and at least 2-3 times during the day.

My DS had loooads in the womb! Very cute

I like the rythym idea though

DS used to get them too. I loved it. Found it very reassuring. Apparently it is their lungs getting ready to work.

Sounds like hiccups!

My LO gets loads of these, usually just after I have eaten or drunk something!

DS2 had lots too while I was carrying him and still got them loads after he was born!

MamaMaiasaura · 23/11/2007 11:43

yes, def hiccups. My pudding is obviously like his dad and gulping away, giving himself hiccups!

PuppyDogEyes · 23/11/2007 18:57

Thanks for replies!

Wow..regarding the lungs!!

Funny how no one has ever mentioned hiccups thing to me (mum, mil, sil, aunties friends etc!!)

LO has had them about 5 times since last night and it just makes it hard to sleep.

And depending on LO position, it can feel like...my bajingo is throbing. sorry tmi!
