Implantation bleeding question!?

Hello,
So me and my DH are trying for baby number 2, for the life of me i cant remember why i thought i was pregnant with my first i can't remember what signs i had.

On the 5th june i started what i think was my period but usually im very heavy for 4 -5 days then light for a day or so. This last period lasted about 2 days and then stopped and then was brown with some red spotting and then stopped. I havent thought much of it until now. I havent taken any test's, just wondering if anyone had experienced this atall and if they ended up getting a positive test. I'm going to wait until next period is due as it's only a week away. But as i said i really think it was just a period but i didnt have the same as i always get which has made me question it.

Yes this happened to me ! To the point that when I did a pregnancy test once I missed a period a few weeks later it came up positive I told the midwife i was 5 weeks along as I counted from my last period which turns out wasn't a period at all but implantation bleeding and not until I had my scan yesterday did I realise I was 13 weeks instead of 11 . So very possible

Oh wow!! That's very exciting for you! Im not getting my hopes up as i dont "feel" pregnant. Just wait patiently for the nexrlt period to crop up haha!

Also with my first pregnancy i had Hyperemesis and that kicked in rather quickly. I'm thinking i will be the same the second time round too 😒

I'm only on my first so couldn't say if you would have that awful sickness again but apparently every pregnancy is different so perhaps if you are pregnant this time around you won't have sickness or atleast not as bad. Fingers crossed for you! I guess there's only one way to find out and get yourself a test when your ready to do it ! I hope you get the news you want x
