6weeks +4 Days - symptoms dropping?

Hi guys šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ I’m pregnant, not my first pregnancy but hopefully my first Earth side baby eventually. I am 6weeks and 4days and extremely anxious that I’m going to miscarry. My positives this time around have been incredibly strong and I was initially having lots and lots of great signs. But in the last couple of days some have dropped off ( more notably nausea and boob soreness ). I don’t feel 100% but I haven’t been sick since Friday and my boobs can certainly be touched and leaned on ( which I couldn’t do before ). Should I be worried? Is this normal? Do symptoms drop off and come back again?

I’m just so so so worried I will lose this one too and I’m not sure I can handle more heartache.

Any advice or experiences of your own will be greatly appreciated xx

I'm 17+5 and have had barely any symptoms but have a healthy pregnancy so far! Symptoms don't necessarily mean a healthy pregnancy so try not to worry x (easier said than done)

ApplesandBananas21 · 28/06/2021 09:15

100% they can.
I only had symptoms from 8w-10w!
Everyone is honestly so different. Just because you don't exactly feel pregnant doesn't mean you aren't.
Congratulations

Thank you so much! I have been a wreck and even when I’m logically telling myself it means nothing I can’t help but worry.

I’ve managed to book in for a early scan for this evening and praying it all goes well. Also grabbed more pregnancy tests just to reassure me before that scan. This is going to be a long old pregnancy!

So lovely to hear reassuring words xxx

Hi I'm 6 weeks pregnant and my symptoms have started to drop off I was very nauseous till about 5 weeks now that's gone so I'm feeling a bit anxious too! I've also had a bad headache for a few days so that hasn't helped my anxiety! Congratulations I hope all goes well!

Hey @CNMP I know the feeling. My symptoms dropped off at week 9 (currently I’m over 10) and it’s left me so anxious and convinced it’s going to be a mmc. Have booked a private scan for tonight so trying to prepare myself for The possibility of bad news while also hoping for the best.

CNMP · 28/06/2021 14:26

@Dolly0706 I feel the same. Mentally preparing myself for mine tonight not going well. I’ve done 3 tests again today and all were positive including the digital, but the two non digi ones I’m now analysing the width of the positive line against last weeks ones. šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø Let me know how your scan goes xx

Hi ladies, just dropping on as I'm also 6 weeks 4 days, also a nervous wreck due to previous mc and ectopic, also my first. Had an early scan today and saw little bean exactly where is should be, and saw little heartbeat.ā¤ Hope it's good news all round.xx

CNMP · 28/06/2021 19:49

@Hitmebaby1moretime Exactly the same dates as me! Im so sorry for your previous loss! I know the anxiety all too well!
I too had a private scan this evening and all is well with me too! Little bean is beating away and just where it should be ā¤ļøFeel so relieved that something is there and it wasn’t some whacky test! Going to try and curb my anxiety going forward till the next scan. Apparently, I was told today that if you have a heartbeat and early scan and everything is well, your chances of miscarriage fall to 10%! Certainly getting me through the next few weeks ā¤ļø

@CNMP so glad your scan went well! Definitely a relief even if it is for a little while lol. Glad to say mine was all good as well. Saw the baby moving about and healthy heartbeat, the wave of relief over me when I heard the heartbeat was something else, I had myself convinced something was wrong. Just 2 weeks to wait until my nhs scan hopefully I’ll be able to curb the anxiety until then as well šŸ™ˆ

Hitmebaby1moretime · 28/06/2021 20:39

@CNMP that is amazing!🄰 Assume your 12 week scan will be early August too, sure it will be here before we know it and we can enjoy this for what it is. February babies here we come 🤱.

@Dolly0706 @Hitmebaby1moretime thank you so much!! So glad! I did have a little panic today after having a bit of brown discharge like stuff when I wiped. It only happened on two occasions, and seems to have stopped by naturally I worried. Managed to speak to my midwife and I have a NHS scan for Thursday next week - just praying everything is still okay!

@dolly0706 so glad yours went well too! It’s crazy how reassuring it is isn’t it! I am finding I’m convincing myself again something is wrong though! Xxx

@CNMP the reassurance really doesn’t last long does it?! That’s great you’ve got an nhs scan next week, it’s natural to worry about something like that. Has it stopped now? X

CNMP · 01/07/2021 09:31

@Dolly0706 it really doesn’t does it! Yeah I’m a little nervous, and have been trying to keep face so my husband doesn’t worry too much.

Yeah stopped by the looks of it. It was literally two consecutive wee’s that it was present on the tissue on the first wipe, but nothing more than that. Nothing in the pan, nothing in my pants.

It’s now triggered me to over think every twinge and feeling just encase, but I think I just need to relax. It’s fairly normal I believe but I try and not read too much online. Would just have been lovely to of had nothing if you know what I mean šŸ˜‚ 7 weeks today! Xx
