Currently 20wks and struggling with early morning insomnia. I get off to sleep absolutely fine but then wake up between 4-5am every day despite not being ready to wake up and feeling groggy. Struggle to then get back to sleep and have to do the day exhausted.

I work full time so getting naps in is really difficult!

Any tips?

Your preaching to the choir but I'm only 13 weeks so proberly not much help. I've read it seems to go away in the third trimester and if it doesn't atleast you will be amazing at getting up with the little Smile
