When did I conceive

Any help please, my last period was 29th may. Had unprotected sex 4th June and then again from 7th June and throughout the month. I am very regular and now have a positive pregnancy test. Is there anyway to work out the most likely time I conceived. For reasons I'm not proud of.
The month before I ovulated on 15th day of my cycle is that likely to be similar most months?
Would an early scan tell me this?

There's no way to tell when you're talking about dates that close together. You could have conceived at any point in about a 2 week period - no scan will be able to accurately pinpoint it. My due date changed 3 times before my 12 week scan during early scans at the EPU. The only way to know who the father of your baby is is to wait until they're born and do a DNA test unfortunately.
