Can't stop eating

Currently 34.5 weeks pregnant and my appetite has gone insane.
It's only midday and since 7am I've already had 3 slices of toast, beans, cheese, spinach and some fruit. And then I still felt hungry so had a yoghurt pot, a bowl of granola and a tbspn of peanut butter.
My BMI is healthy and since the start of pregnancy I've gained about 26 Ibs which is in normal range too. The last 4 Ibs were gained only in the last week though and I fear the weight gain will start accelerating too much now.

I feel like I'm craving all the carbs and literally got meat aversion and don't eat that many nutritious foods, which I feel really bad about.
Is anyone in the same boat or has any tips how to deal with it. I don't want to get GD or make me or my baby unhealthy.

Hey, I'm not as far gone as you, I'm 24 weeks. But I don't think that sounds a huge amount and it all sounds balanced really. If you think of it as you had breakfast at 7am and had yoghurt and granola / peanut butter and then for lunch had your toast with beans cheese and spinach, I think that seems fine? If you're hungry it's your body telling you you need it, your not eating out of boredom, you are hungry! I'm towards the end of my second trimester and my hunger has definitely increased the past week. I often have two breakfasts, one will be some low sugar cereal with vitamins in, with berries or banana. And my second breakfast is usually avacado on toast or peanut butter with berries or banana on toast. Then I have my lunch and my dinner.

Maybe try something more filling for breakfast? I found bran flakes, raisins and a banana fills me up the most and for the longest time. Or oats. But try not to worry I think, listen to your body :-) xxxx

Thank you @jessicakxx
You're right, if you think of it like meals it doesn't seem that much today so far, however the recent days have been worse for sure, sometimes I just keep craving all carb loaded snacks and then can't force myself to have eggs or anything more balanced. I feel like my body's missing out on nutrients this way.
Your toast ideas sound lovely, haven't had an avo toast for ages, will have it next time.

Yeah I hear you! Glad I’m not the only one! I’m 34.5 weeks too and I wake up at 4/5am and have to have something to eat because I’m so hungry! I usually have a banana or something and go back to bed then have “second breakfast” when I get up again. I think second breakfast is definitely a thing when you’re pregnant. 🤣

What you’re eating sounds healthy, I wouldn’t worry. I don’t eat meat either so I try to eat eggs for some extra protein to keep me fuller for longer and I eat quorn chicken/sausages and fish. Porridge for breakfast with some nuts, fruit and a squeeze of honey keeps me satisfied for a while. Veggie soups are good too for a snack (although maybe not in the heat!) Maybe smoothies as an alternative? Maybe try to eat wholewheat versions of carbs? Right now I can’t get enough oranges, pink grapefruits and nectarines, totally addicted to fruit. Although I won’t say no to chocolate…

@Shootingstar11 so many great meal ideas, thank you! Forgot about soups, definitely a good way to sneak in some veggies. I think I'll make a lentil/veggie soup soon, wondering if giving my body things like that will eliminate the need for another ice cream or chocolate bar...
I used to be a meat eater, but especially in third trimester it literally makes me sick, so weird. I recently bought a 100% pea protein powder to get some more protein in. Tried to add it to porrige and smoothies, but tastes awful lol.
Can confirm quorn is pretty good, can also recommend their version of scotch eggs if you haven't tried already.
