Possible Pregnancy Symptoms?

Possible pregnancy like symptoms, but my pts are negative. I know it’s probably too early to test since my period is supposed to arrive in 2 days. My symptoms are (TMI) diarrhea, nausea (when eating certain foods), lower back pain, pain in my upper abdomen (when I walk or move), light headaches, no appetite (but had craving for a specific food), very fatigued (having a hard time waking up), hot flashes, and mood swings (crying, and angry). I checked my cervical position it was high, soft cervix, and medium closed, and wet (very little discharge, but thin and white).

Test again in a few days and good luck x

I’d have thought not purely because any hormone levels high enough to induce symptoms would almost definitely be high enough to show a positive test.
Most of my friends and me developed symptoms around 6-8 weeks at the very earliest

Sounds more like a bug or something. I second what pp says - if those those are pg symptoms a test should be positive. My pregnancy symptoms didn't kick in until 5-6 weeks. In hindsight the earliest symptom I had before my missed period was mega bloating but I just assumed it was PMS. The missed period is the most reliable sign so wait for that and retest x

These days most tests are going to be sensitive enough to show a positive before your period arrived. Lots of ‘pregnancy symptoms’ can just be PMT, especially when we are scrutinising.
