Morning sickness at 29 weeks, or some sort of bug?

Is it likely that I would develop morning sickness at 29 weeks, having not had it at all in this pregnancy (had it for the frist 14 weeks with ds)? I feel lousy and threw up all over ds this morning whilst changing his nappy. Sorry if TMI, but this wasn't just a little bit of vomit, but masses of the stuff.

If it is ms than I guess I should be trying to eat something to feel better. I've had half a slice of toast and a few rich tea biscuits. But is it is a bug, I'd be better off ot eating, wouldn't I?

No other problems (stomach pain, diarhoea etc).

I'd be surprised if its morning sickness if you haven't had it before. If you still feel bad tomorrow I would discuss with your GP or midwife. If its a bug, still OK to start re-introducing food slowly. Toast and plain biscuits fine. Hope you're feeling better soon.
