Emotional mess

Hey everyone. I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I know everyone says your emotions are all over the place but I never believed it could be this much. I am struggling with socialising and feeling very detached from people this includes my partner. I'm snapping at him and feel like am being horrific to live with. I'm moody 24/7 and feel am getting easily frustrated with things at work that would never bother me. Is it common to feel like this, am I being dramatic or has other people felt like this? Don't suppose anyone has any tips or ideas that might help me feel better..
Thank you

I feel like this sometimes lovely, hormones do make you emotional but if you are feeling like that all the time it may be worth mentioning to your midwife at your 16 week appointment.

Are you getting enough rest? Pregnancy is knackering and if you’re tired that makes emotions more difficult to deal with x

Yes - it’s normal, so many more hormones buzzing around. I’ve been a nightmare at times, snapping, crying for no reason. It’s tiredness as well I think. Don’t beat yourself up about it xx

Glad someone else feels the same haha. All my partner needs to do is leave his clothes on the floor and I can feel myself getting so irritated. The amount of times I can see him biting his tounge Confused
