hyperemesis gravidarum

So, I had hyperemesis gravidarum during my first pregnancy, I had it more or less from getting my first positive test all the way through my pregnancy - was vomiting whilst in labour, it was such a horrible time, I was so depressed, I was so poorly, always at the drs or hospital - IV’s, medication etc.. I actually lost 3st whilst being pregnant… being so ill the first time around and having a traumatic birth with my first really put me off the idea of having another baby..

But that was 6 years ago..

Fast forward to now, I am 4w4d pregnant, I am over the moon and it was planned.. but today I have felt sick ALLLLL DAY! I’m filled with dread thinking about what could be ahead, has anyone had HG with a first pregnancy but not a second? 🤞🏼

Or does anyone have any tips for if it does kick in.. last time I tried numerous medications which was pointless as I couldn’t keep anything down, I tried ginger, flat coke, flat lucozade, lucOzade sport, sea bands.. to mention a few.. has anyone found anything that really worked?

I feel so stressed which is so silly as I’m so early on and it might not be HG but the thought that it could be is terrifying me 🙈
