Have I had a miscarriage?

I was 4 weeks late on my period, I didn’t take a test as I thought it was due to new contraception I was on. But I went out drinking the other day then the next day I start bleeding with cramps more than usual. The following day I passed tissue that resembled a fetus. Have I had a miscarriage?

So if you were 4 weeks late, and your cycle is 28 days you'd have been 8 weeks pregnant (measured from LMP). An 8 week pregnancy is around the size of a kidney. Does that sound the right size? If it was a miscarriage and it's happened today, you'll still be positive on a pregnancy test so if you want to find out, you could do a test? The pregnancy hormones stick around a while after miscarriage. How do you feel?

I have taken 2 tests both clearblue and have a very visible blue thin line on each’ but negative digital .. confused
