Tentatively coming over here

I'm coming to tentatively hang out with you guys over here, having got a very faint positive this morning. Having said that, it's my fourth, and I've already got heartburn and bloating and was pretty sure before I took the test, but going to take another in a couple of days just to be sure.

Has anyone else with more than one found that pregnancy symptoms happen earlier each time? With my first, I didn't feel anything until a couple of weeks after I missed my period. By this one, I've had heartburn and bloating and fun before my period was even due.

@mumofmunchkin I can’t say much about the symptoms as I’m also on baby number 4, but have experienced pretty much zero symptoms with any of them!

But I wanted to say congrats!!

Thanks @Moominmiss! How far along are you?

@mumofmunchkin I’m 28 weeks now. Due in September. I do remember taking the terrifying leap over here to the pregnancy board from ttc though!

How old are your other 3? I have a pretty big gap between my youngest and this baby. I have an 11 year old, 9 year old, and 7 year old!

@Moominmiss ooh, getting there! At least the big gap means your older ones are in school :) How do they feel about it?

My older ones are 7, 5 and 2 (will be 8, 6 and 3 when the baby arrives). Hopefully they will be pleased... Grin Hmm

@mumofmunchkin my other children are beyond excited about it all! My eldest is literally counting down the weeks 😂

It is nice having them all in school, will mean I get that quality time with the baby until I go back to work.

I’m sure your little ones will be over the moon. I think a baby is exciting no matter what. My youngest was I think a bit miffed at the thought of not being the ‘baby’ anymore, but I’ve made it clear they will all, always be my babies, regardless of who else comes along! Now they just argue over who is going to push the pram first, or bring me nappies and wipes 😂
