V light spotting - 35+5

So I have posted about having a tiny bit of spotting before under a previous username and that was around 3 weeks ago. Just when I wipe after doing a wee, fresh looking blood, everything else ok, babies movements fine etc. I rang the maternity unit the last time and they weren't at all worried. It's just happened again, is this normal at the end? Should I ring them again tomorrow morning? I never had any bleeding with my first child but I guess it could be a natural consequence of things preparing down there?

Complicating matters a bit is this is a high risk pregnancy, I have GD and have a c section booked because the baby is breech.

Thanks everyone, it was literally just a couple of spots, I didn't ring last night because it was very late and no further bleeding since then and baby's movements are normal and no pain so I'm going to just keep an eye. Because this has happened before I think I'm not just as worried as I would have been otherwise! I suspect because the baby is breech she may be irritating my cervix by stamping on it!
