Falling Baby Rates

Hi,
I am sorry for this very random post. Since COVID-19, my anxiety levels have gone through the roof. I have seen on the news about falling birth rates and wondered if this is accurate as I saw on Mumsnet about there being a surge? I work in education and I have been worrying about losing my job if not enough students to teach in classes and wondered if this is very likely? Only my job and family mean a lot to me.

Sorry for posting here. I am new here and worried about my first post.

Thank you,
DalekWalker.

I think you are waaay overthinking this? Falling birth rates take decades to have an affect - you'll be long retired by then
