Positive and negative test results help!!

Looking for some advice if possible I had my little boy at 18 weeks in April followed by 2 operations 2 weeks apart for retained placenta. I done the strip test yesterday and one strong positive and then maybe faint positive and now today I don't the other test which was negative? I don't know what to think and am an anxious mess 😭 has anyone had similar and still been pregnant I will try and add photos below x

Just to add after the second operation I had a follow up scan and a negative urine sample x

I am 3 days late af for the past 2 weeks had back ache nausea and cramps like stitchy feeling under my ribs my boobs are sore and blue and veiny had headaches on an off still no af done a digital but negative done a strip test and faint line help please anyone else exsperiencein same

DH and I have veen trying to conceive for 2 mths. Im 40 yrs old so im worried it may take awhile. I took several cheapies today at 7dpo and 1 frer. Several cheapies have a faint line. The frer is negative. I also have sore vreast, cramping, moody, and hot flashes. Am i pregnant?

It's a horrible time and very scary when don't know what's happening to your body.
I believe when you loose a baby you can still show as positive for a while as the hormones take time to leave your system. My advice would be to speak to the hospital again. Keep pushing for help and answers. I had access to the berivement midwife who took time to explain everything that others were saying.

I’m late by 3days and sore boobs had bad cramping last week now it’s settled down no af sore boobs and nipples hip bone pain and back ache bfn on digital but faint BFp on strip test xx

@chloe240 I'm so very sorry for your loss  Definitely get in touch with your healthcare team as pp said. Your body has been through quite an ordeal so it may take a little while for things to settle down. Hoping things get better for you soon x
