Hi can anyone help, I am suffering so bad with hayfever at the moment, even through the night it's waking me up 😢 is there anything I can do or take that is safe ?

Loratidine is supposed to be ok as is cetirizine. You can also use corticosteroid sprays and eye drops

Becodefence nasal spray is amazing for me. It is drug-free, it is basically like a snot barrier that stops allergens in their tracks.
