Someone help me

I was in mau early hours this morning I’m 38 weeks plus 1 day. 2nd baby.
I was contracting, badly, but not dilated. Hospital gave me pain killers to calm down the pains. They worked. But since I’ve been back I can’t walk, stand, it’s a extremely sharp stitch to the side of my
Bump.

What could this be???

How often are/were the contractions? When you went to MAU did they mention if you are effaced and is the head engaged? If you have any doubts, call triage as they’d rather speak to someone than not.
