Tiny bumps on shoulders

This is so random; I've developed lots of tiny bumps on my shoulders. They aren't itchy, they're like tiny skin coloured spots. I've never had them pre-pregnancy so assuming it's to do with hormones etc. I just wondered if anyone else has had these and what I can do to get rid!!

Thank you in advance :)

Have you been in the sun a lot recently? I get heat rash that looks a bit like that (not pregnancy related).

@EllaBlaire thanks for your reply :-) I suppose I was in the sun a fair bit a week ago when we had sun in the u.k. I wore sun screen and didn't burn but potentially I guess it could be heat rash! I'll have a look online to see what the remedies are :) thank you xx

It's called keratosis pilaris - totally harmless and lots of people have it.

This Palmers moisturiser is good for getting rid of it (it has to be the anti-ageing one, not one of the others in their range).

Oh my god @rbe78 does that really work? I’ve tried so many things and my arms are still so bumpy! Thanks for the tip, will order some.

@chaosrabbitland thanks! Will try the palmers and will go to doctors post pregnancy for some medical cream if doesn't go away. X
