Hi! First time mum here and my due date is tomorrow!
Feeling quite nervous although I know most babies don’t arrive on their actual due date!
I’ve got an appointment with my midwife tomorrow and she said at last visit we would discuss sweeps and inductions etc and also said I can have a sweep tomorrow if I wished!
Not really sure if I should or not - have been reading mumsnet all afternoon and some people seem dead against it so now feeling confused and hoping to hear from others who are also in their due date week and having to make these kinds of decisions!
I don’t think I’ve had any real signs of anything happening - have felt nauseated a few times this week, had some loose bowel movements (twice over last three days - tmi sorry!) and also feeling baby moving low down and some niggling pains low down but that’s not unusual if baby is maybe dropping a little!
Would love to hear how anyone else at this stage is doing and if they’re considering any sweeps or induction!
