Piles

Sorry if this is TMI but has anyone had piles? I’m pretty sure I’ve had them for a few years now however now I’m pregnant they seem to be getting bigger/worse. I’ve read online and seen a lump on anus can be anus cancer and now I’m thinking the worst! They feel rubbery and sort and tend to swell after I’ve been to the toilet and then go down a short while later. TIA x

Yip 🤦🏼‍♀️ Also in this boat. Had them for years and have tried the suppository which is supposed to reduce them but never really got anywhere with it. They’ve kind of been on and off during that time. Since I’ve been pregnant I’ve noticed I need more fibre in my diet let’s say to get things moving. I’ve found when I keep on top of this they haven’t been a problem but there was one point about 20 something weeks where I thought omg how am I going to last til the end like this?! Now in the third trimester and they haven’t been a problem recently! So they don’t always get worse and worse 🙈

Have you ever been to the doctors for them as I haven’t so I haven’t had them confirmed they are piles? X

@Hall1995 no I haven’t either, was always a bit worried it could be something else but since being pregnant they do stick out sometimes so it definitely is the cause of the bleeding 🙄
