Hi, 4 weeks pregnant and my uterus area feels hard and tense (not hard to touch, feels like it internally) if that makes sense?
I don't know whether to describe it as a full feeling? Feels more hard than anything ?
Is this normal? Has anyone else had this?

Really?? I've been sat here trying to not panic and thinking something is wrong. So it's definitely normal for it to feel hard? It's not hard when I press on it but it definitely feels it x

Yup, normal, it's basically building lining and swelling with blood flow
