bump sorry dont have a clue can you call midwife for reassurance????

Naetha · 21/11/2007 12:02

Not something I've come across I'm afraid - if in doubt, call your midwife

goingfor3 · 21/11/2007 12:03

It could be a urine infection. It's best to speak to a midwife.

rdk · 21/11/2007 12:13

my midwife doesnt go to the clinic till tomorrow, im going to wait to see if dp`s home soon to see if he can take me to doctors or epu at hospital

Ring labour ward, there is always someone around to speak too.

Good luck RDK. I think going into the early pregnancy unit is the best idea (altho sometimes they demand you get refered from your GP).

Sweetiesandcakes · 21/11/2007 16:41

Any news RDK?

rdk · 21/11/2007 20:25

went to epu and was there for 3 1/2 hours for them just to turn around and say it must be that you had a cist and its burst thats what the pain was but im again getting some pains since returning from epu, it was so a waste of time i only got to see a nurse how finally after 10 mins found what she thought was the babys heartbeat but me and dp wherent so sure as it didnt sound like it to me it sounded like the placenta whooshing noise. so im still sat thinking could there be anything wrong

rdk hope you are ok, let us know how you get on at the midwife.

rdk · 23/11/2007 14:35

seen midwife and she said it must be bruising from when the seat belt hit hard again bump, told me to rest [yeah rite not in my house]told me to take pain killers when having to walk around. when i took lo to school i was in pain so i must keep on top of pain killers.hope everyone else is ok

Glad she found the cause. It's a good excuse to put your feet up and chill for the week!!! As if being pregnant isn't reason enough !! Hope you feel better soon
