I am absolutely terrified after yesterday I found out I have hemorrhoids. Not painful, just the purplish lump there, not even itching yet. The thing is I don't have a problem go to poo, I think my digestive system is good. I go everyday, usually 2x, maybe that's the problem? I eat lots of fibers, and I drink maybe 4-5 liters of water.. I did had the same problem at february 2020 that time went away in a couple of days, but that time caused by diarrhea. I have germoloids triple action cream for it, I seen that's safe to use in pregnancy. (My midwife is on holiday this week, I cant reach her 😔) I visit her next week, I hope this will go away then. And the other thing, I had to sleep in the sofa last night, hubby is snoring very badly sometimes so I just go out. I think my legs was all night with my knees up, so my legs wasn't "straight" down. In the morning I came in to the bed when He went to work, and slept for another 2 hours, when I wake up I had this terrible pain in my calf, a very bad cramp, and ever since if I moving I feel pain in it. I just hoping it is happened because the bad sleeping positition.. 😅Of course when I was google it some sites said these could be early signs for labour..but Im not even 35 weeks..definitely not ready... :(( no back pain or whatsoever, but in the other day I had a night when I had to go to the loo every 20 mins - half an hour. Usually im not that bad, and since that day it dosen't happened again..any experience with these symptoms? And what can I do with the calf pain, or hemorrhoids? :(

I think both haemorrhoids and calf cramps are common in the third trimester - cramps is definitely on the list of common symptoms. I've been getting cramp in my calves in the night on and off since 28 weeks, it's nothing to worry about.

I wouldn’t worry. I’ve had haemorrhoids since about week 28, I stressed and stressed over them but I’ve given up now and accepted they’re here until birth. I bought some germoloids cream and a squatty potty to help when they flare up and have regular sitz baths too.

The cramping thing is recent for me and it’s absolutely horrible so you have my sympathies! It wakes me up in the night and I have to yell for my husband to help me stretch it out, I’ve been putting it down to the extra weight I’m carrying and sleeping position.

Just echoing the other posters...

Both issues are very common for the third trimester, I really wouldn't worry about early labour based on those symptoms. I had exactly the same during the third trimester of my last pregnancy and am just starting to experience those symptoms (especially the cramps) at 28/29 weeks with this baby!

Just for reference, this NHS page states both of the symptoms you've mentioned to be normal in the third trimester :) www.nhs.uk/start4life/pregnancy/week-by-week/3rd-trimester/week-34/
