Hi ladies and congrats to everyone. I've had 2 previous mc so excited for this one but still nervous. Had a scan last week and everything looks good (heartbeat and sac). I just feel so tired & lazy, like I always wanna lay down all the time😃. I've also started vomiting which doesnt help. Taste buds and taste in my mouth is so off. Just feel hot and uncomfortable. I've checked my iron and it's normal. Anyone been through this and found things that helped. 🥰🥰

I’ve been exhausted since week 5. Some days I have bursts of energy and the next I’m just shattered. All I can say is rest as much as you can. It’s hard work growing a human Grin

@Megzj91 lol. Tell me about it. Sometime I have good energy in the morning that I'm even ok to do a workout and than towards afternoon it goes. I have to stop work and just lay down 😆. I pray it gets better.

I'm approaching 15 weeks and SO exhausted. Made a thread for it too Grin
Great advice to take it easy, check iron levels, take floradix and or vitamins. Light exercise x

Me too! I could fall asleep at my desk most afternoons - have to keep getting up to have a walk around and get some fresh air outside!

TTCat39 · 17/06/2021 15:07

I had to stop exercising completely at 7 weeks as I felt so exhausted and it worsened all of my symptoms - nausea, heartburn, abdominal cramps, headaches. At 12 weeks I'm now able to walk a lot more and am considering getting back to some jogging, albeit at a slow pace and for much shorter time than I used to.

This is my first pregnancy so I don't have experience to impart except to say that I am feeling a bit better now and whereas before just felt like I was surviving, I'm able to look forward, to plan, and to try and take care of myself a bit more. I hope things improve for you too and that you have some support while you get there! Thanks

@expectinglittlebear @TTCat39 thanks for the reply. Lol. I had to stop the gym. ( I'm a gym freak but couldnt cope 😅). I managed to walk on my threadmil for 20-30m. So hard. I sleep alot as well and just feel so lazy. Hopefully as weeks goes on energy level will increase. 🙏. The taste in my mouth is the worse. Lord help us lol

I'm 5 weeks today and have felt the tiredness since the day I assume implantation happened! A bit tired up until 5pm and then it gets even worse, I have no energy to do anything. I'm going to check my iron levels in case it's not normal tiredness but it is tough to manage 😅
