I don't know why I'm so scared, to explain: I've had many miscarriages too many to count. So a positive test means very little to me until we see a heartbeat at 12 weeks.
I'm currently about 6 weeks.
I have 2 girls. One nearly 12 and one is 18 months old.
I was on the pill. We had sex twice.
Now I'm pregnant and I'm scared to have another baby now that I'm not experiencing anything other than very strong pregnancy symptoms and have had an early scan and saw a heartbeat. I'm scared of the tiny age gap.
Please please give me positive stories of happy surprise babies and small she gaps!

I'm pregnant with baby number 3 and although we were trying, I was expecting it to take 1yr or more to get pregnant, or even not at all because I am breastfeeding. I was very shocked to get pregnant straight away and it's going to be problematic in some ways (literally just returned to work from mat leave, have a 3yr old and 1 Yr old).

I'll be 8 weeks I think on Friday so a little further along than you. Although I feel quite overwhelmed at the thought of caring for all these kids, I'm excited about the baby and really hoping it works out and is a successful pregnancy.

Just give yourself some time to get used to the idea. It will be good fun for the two little ones to have each other to play with during the day, especially with all these lockdowns etc.

Hope it all goes well for you 🙂
