NHS mat pay and changing trusts

Hi!

I am 8 weeks pregnant, due Jan 21. I have worked for the nhs for 12 months now, employed by Leicester but working in Lincolnshire. Lincoln hospital are advertising a job in the office I'm working in with better pay.

Basically my query is, does anyone have any understanding of changing trusts and if/how this effects NHS maternity pay?
