Listeria

Hi all,
I’m getting a bit nervous after yesterday eating a take away crèpe that contained soft goat’s cheese. I didn’t think it was cooked, so I did put it in the microwave one minute before eating it. But I read later that the cheese should have boiled, which it didn’t; it only slightly melted.
I also read that listeria could be symptom free, so should I ask my GP I want to be tested for it? Would they do it? And when would be the best time to do it?
Probably it’s nothing, but I have a history of miscarriage and I’m quite nervous about this pregnancy.
Thanks in advance for your comments

I think soft goats cheese would be OK, as long as it was pasteurised, which I expect most decent takeaways etc would use?

Thanks @MintGreenLife. I think it was one of the cheeses with white ream unfortunately.

I've just spoken to my GP and she says there's not much we can do right now but to hope I develop no symptoms. She says it's only a problem if you develop symptoms... I'm still going to call the midwife and ask if they do recommend anything...
