4 positive home tests, 1 negative doctors urine test

Hi Mums! I am new here and this is my first post.

I had two positive tests 6 days ago. Have been feeling cramps, aches, pains and bloating since then and constantly peeing!! Had a dizzy spell today and 111 advised I go to walk in centre. They did a negative urine test. Urine dipstick also showed a small amount of blood in urine. Dr said either my tests were false negative or early miscarriage. This didn’t feel right so I have done another two positive (analog and digital 1-2 weeks) tests at home this evening.

What is going on?!!
I am worried I am pregnant and may have a UTI? EPU were useless. 111 advised I go back to walk in centre. Any advice greatly appreciated!!!! Xx

Thank you for your support and well wishes ladies. Unfortunately I miscarried yesterday 😢 it was our first month trying, I’m 35 so it was a bit of a shock it all happened so quickly ! I know I can get pregnant now so hopeful for the future. Thank you all again! What a week....
