30 weeks sudden change

I have had the loveliest pregnancy so far, not a single complication, iv felt amazing (after the first 10/12 weeks) and iv been loving it.

I turned 30 weeks on Wednesday and the past few days I have just felt dreadful. My bump has dropped massively, when I'm sat down I feel like iv got the baby laid on my legs! I'm needing the toilet constantly which is a very big change as iv been constipated throughout the majority of my pregnancy. I have fainted 4 times in the last 3 days and I just feel completely different!

Is this a normal stage to start feeling this way? Is anyone else having/had a similar experience at some point in their pregnancy?

Iv had comments about maybe baby coming a bit sooner than we're expecting him due to how low my bump is and also the funny twinges I'm getting down below, wondering if I should try request a scan or anything?

I've had the same! Dreamy first and second trimester and now I'm knackered. my bump is low too and can be painful, a maternity support belt will help massively. And I've been getting dizzy sicky spells which I never got in the first.
If you're worried call your midwife or your local triage and they can always check up on you.

The third trimester sucks balls.

I just remember feeling uncomfortable nearly all the time, not sleeping and having horrific heartburn.

I think it's natures way of making you less scared about giving birth. 10 weeks of that and you can't wait to get baby out lol.

Speak to your midwife if you're concerned but try not to worry too much

I would speak to the midwife about the fainting.

I'm 30wk now too and things have gone down hill, the 3rd trimester can be tough. No bump dropping, this little lady doesn't like staying in one position for long.

Nice to know I'm not alone although not nice we're not feeling great!

I had a few faints at the beginning of my pregnancy and my midwife said as long as I haven't fallen or hurt myself there's no need to get checked out as it is most likely my blood pressure (can be pretty low)

Spoke to my OH about really wishing I had another scan to see him as was told after my 20 week scan that I won't be having any more unless needed, he has booked us a private scan for Wednesday so I'm now very excited about that Smile
