For my first pregnancy during the tww, I literally had every symptom you can think of. You name it I had it. Sore boobs (very early on) cramps, backaches, headaches, creamy cm, and the list goes. So me and DH have decided we want to try for baby number 2 and I'm currently in the dreaded tww but I feel absolutely nothing, zilch, nada! Not even a tiny bit of cramp or anything like the first time. Because of this it's making me believe that I'm out which is very disheartening but now I'm thinking could tww symptoms maybe be different second time round? Just want to know has anyone had more than one pregnancy and tww symptoms been different??

I never had any at all until about week 5. The first time, I was exhausted and felt really sick, and my boobs were agony.

@RainatMoonlight did you boobs not hurt second time round?

@timewilltel No, not until about week 5

@RainatMoonlight it's just crazy how symptoms can dramatically change for different pregnancies ☺️ thank you x

7 pregnancies that either ended in miscarriage or ectopic I had cramping, nausea and sore boobs

Successful pregnancy with twins zero symptoms - literally nothing! 🤣

@ivfgottwins really?? Wow and with twins too! What a blessing! Congratulations

I am only on Day 3 in my 2 week wait, and I am absolutely dying here!

For context, this is our SEVENTH embryo transfer cycle. We are using donor eggs which was supposed to increase our chances of success. However I have 5 failed embryo transfers. I got pregnant on the 6th embryo transfer but sadly that resulted in a miscarriage at 8 weeks. After the 6th embryo transfer, I definitely 'felt' pregnant really early on, I felt implantation cramps on Day 3! This time, I am feeling absolutely nothing at all - no twinges, no cramps, like I did with the 6th embryo transfer. It's worrying me that absolutely nothing is happening in there!

As I can feel absolutely zero - admittedly it's Day 2 but as I said - I DEFINITELY was feeling cramps from Day 1 with the last embryo transfer which resulted in a positive pregnancy test at the end of the 2 week wait.

Anyone else felt absolutely nothing during the 2 week wait - and went on to have a positive pregnancy result - even if they had symptoms on the previous round? Does anyone else have examples of different symptoms in different pregnancies? I would be most grateful to hear from you - thank you!

I was a serial symptom spotter and the month we tried clomid I was so convinced that I wasn't pregnant as I had zero symptoms....

I ended up working out loads, which i usually wouldn't. Did loads of heavy lifting, drank loads etc because I was that convinced I wasn't pregnant.

.... 31 weeks pregnant now, zero tww symptoms but was pregnant 😊

Good luck! X

I should add the only symptom I ended up with was at 5 ish weeks and that was sore boobs.

No sickness no nausea

Back ache started at 19 weeks
