Bleeding during pregnancy

Hello mommas. Im a first time mom here, pregnant with the baby now. I have recently found out and I am about 5 weeks, I started bleeding Tuesday June 8, 2021. I went to the ER the same night and they told me I’m at risk for a miscarriage. Any other mothers been told this and continued onto have a healthy baby? Anything helps..

Hi OP I'm sorry you're going through this, it's such a worry

I've had bleeding/spotting in all my pregnancies with different outcomes:

Number 1 - rusty coloured spotting from the day I got my BFP which turned out to be ectopic.

Number 2 - brown spotting from 5 weeks onwards, scan at 5 weeks showed yolk sac but no fetal pole which ended in miscarriage at 7 weeks.

Number 3 (current) - intermittent pink/red/brown spotting from weeks 6 onwards. Scanned at 6 weeks & a hb was seen. Bleeding happened again on a few occasions but I'm now 17 weeks & all is looking well.

So it really can go either way. Really hoping it's good news for you, I'll keep everything crossed for you x
