Just wondering if anyone knows what happens, would I be present at assessment / be given a copy of risk assessment?

I am planning to tell employer tomorrow at 8 weeks due to my job requiring lots of lifting.

Yes you should definitely have view of the document.

Yes you should be present when they carry out the risk assessment and you should see the final outcome. It's something you should be playing an active part in, not something they do to you, if that makes sense? Good luck!

At my job we sat down and created the risk assessment together. A standard one and a covid one, you defo need to tell them and stop heavy lifting.
