Good pram for long walks - Joie Versatrax, Venicci or other?

So after days of researching different prams I still can't pick the right one. It's my first baby and don't really have experience with prams so hope you can help me.

A few details what I need:

  • Max budget £600 for pram, carrycot and car seat
  • New pram
  • Full tavel system not essential (can buy car seat separately) but needs to have a carrycot
  • I'm active and like both park and countryside walks, pram needs to have good wheels and suspension, but I also want to be able to take it to town, shopping etc
  • Don't want 2 prams (small city and the other one off road) so need something that fits for both
  • Not worried about big size, big wheels preferred

I was looking at Joie Versatrax bundle as it's good price and has 2 good car seats included, but heard that the pram it's not great on curbs, handle rattles etc.
Looked also at Venicci Tinum, but apparently the car seat is not great so it's going to be over budget if I have to get a separate one

Have any of you had above prams or maybe you have suggestions for any other models?
Thank you

Hi

just wondering what did you decide on? We are currently looking at the Versatrax x

We did sling (easier for getting over a stile!) until he was big enough for a mountain buggy.

If you're open to second hand, I'd recommend looking at an uppababy vista. The suspension is great and it's really good for walking. They are ££ new but because it is so well made you can find them second hand and in good condition on Facebook easily.

My dd had the Bebecar pram which was so lovely to push great suspension/fairly large wheels had quite a big bassinet plus the separate pushchair bit which could face either way lasted for both dgds & has now been passed onto to another family member.

I ended up buying a second hand Mamas&Papas Ocarro! Bought it in great condition and it's been lovely, I've already did miles and miles with it on various terrain. Really happy with it and definitely can recommend😊
