Hey, wondering if anyone has any experience with a CVS test following the nuchal scan. I had mine at 13 + 4 weeks and was called by the midwife to go in today.
My risk for DS is 1:43. The NT was 3mm and I’m 35... hoping my age is a major factor but I’m worried sick. She said my bloods were no cause for concern but it seems like a very high risk based on the variables outline. This is my first child and it’s an ivf baby so I’ve been absolutely beside myself all day. Also has a mc at 7 weeks as this was originally twins. Really has been a choppy ride so far.
I’m booked in for a CVS test in a couple of days. Has anyone had one? Do they hurt?
