Am I pregnant?

Hi there, I need some help. I’ll attach a picture of my test I did. I tested about 2 weeks ago but im 5 days late for my period. I have clear stretchy discharge with some white occasionally too x

@Babydust76 so the last test you took was on the day of your missed period? Which test was it?

If you're late you should have a solid line by now x

Could you not just test now, if your five days late the test line should be dark on a first response at any time of day surely?

@Babydust76 from my understanding, that discharge relates more to ovulation than pregnancy, but I could be mistaken.

@Babydust76 the last test I took was a day b4 missed period, so on the 3rd I’m now 6 days late xx
@Arrierttyclock I haven’t tested since I have technically missed my period as I did it a day b4 I had little dull cramps a day b4 but nothing other then that xx
@Misspacorabanne I haven’t got a spare test on me , I’m going to get one tomorrow n do it as they do suggest to take a pregnancy test a week after a missed period xx

@Mamabear2221 Yeha I thought that? But I’ve already done ovulation tests for this cycle and I ovulated a while ago xxx

@Mamabear2221 just searched up about the discharge as it had me thinking, but on web it says that clear stretchy discharge is a sign of pregnancy and it’s to protect the baby and yourself from infection, but I dunno xxx

Have you tried checking your cervix. I could feel a mucus plug when I was pregnant. The later two pics I can see two lines.

Test now and you will know. Those faint tests before a missed period aren't enough. I had a clear line day of missed period

Unfortunately I'd say that if you are a week late then what you are seeing whilst it does look like a BFP is more than likely a very slowly resolving itself chemical pregnancy. The line should be very obvious by now

@Myusernameisnotmyusernameno my cervix is like really high up but it’s like firm, when I’m normally coming on my period it’s quite low but it’s stayed like v high this cycle xx

Aah ok. I know sometimes mine is high then a couple of days lower then I start my period but my periods are irregular. If you're late I think that's a good sign but not conclusive.

@Myusernameisnotmyusernameno. Yeha I’m a week late tomorrow so hopefully I’ll get a strong positive, I’ve just got it in my head that’s it’s going to b neg, due to the mc and all the false positives and also indent lines the first response tests have xxx

I think some of those tests are positive! Definitely the last two on that last photo! Fingers crossed for you !!

The discharge is in response to hormone levels - estrogen mainly - it isn't a sign of pregnancy x

Everything crossed for you- good luck. Fwiw when I was early in my successful pregnancy I had buckets of discharge that was stretchy, and cervix stayed high.
