TRIGGER WARNING!
Hello everyone… not sure how to start this off and hope this is the right area to post.
So I am a mom of 4 and have experienced implantation bleeding before and I found out on the 4th of May that I was pregnant with my 5th child.
The 4th of May was period due day and they are never off more then a day.
Long story but I’m worried.
So when I found out my line was extremely faint and not getting darker and my only symptom was sore breast and severe stomach pelvic and cervix pain. Which compared to my other pregnancy’s is not normal.
With the others there was no pain and I get normal full on symptoms.
So at 4 weeks and 7 days I went to the ER worried about the pain and they saw nothing on my scans, no baby no anything and my HCG was 140.
I was scheduled for a blood test a week later and it did go up into the 1000s and the pains were there but not as frequent or intense.
At about six weeks and 5 days I had a vaginal ultra sound.
I was measuring only 5 weeks and 2 days with a sac and yolk now seen, even though I was suppose to be 6 weeks and 5 days.
I was told all looked good by the interpreter though.
However my only symptoms still being breast pain, some pelvic pain with sharp cervix stabs and once in a while light nausea.
A few days after the scan (like 4 days after) I spotted very lightly only on tissue light orange blood only once that day when I went to the bathroom
I thought it was cause my cervix may be sensitive due to having a prolapse before pregnancy. I continued with sharp electric cervix pain on and off.
That was on a Thursday.
The next Thursday the spotting started up and it came and went from light orange to light pink and bright red very light though (once) and only when I wipe.
By Saturday it became a everyday thing and still only when I wipe but every time I use the toilet. I also experience sever shock like cervix pain. Like something is electrocuting my cervix once awhile which I use to get toward the end of my past pregnancy’s.
So because the spotting when wiping is always there I now consider it a light bleed even though it’s not in my underwear, im not having breaks from this spotting.
I haven’t had OBGYN care yet as they have been full and won’t see me for the first time till the 23rd. They will not move up my date or give advice since I’m not tech a patient till they see me.
I am only getting trans vaginal ultrasounds because my PCP but he can’t do any OBGYN tests. I’m suppose to be 8 weeks 5 days but based on my last scan I would be 7 weeks and 3 days.
So basically with this weird cervix pain that hurts quite bad as well as the constant spot like bleed I am not sure what to do?
Anyone have experience with this or advice on what to do? I am worried it’s a MC because my symptoms weren’t like my usual from the beginning but I can’t help but hope it’s not.
I haven’t gone to the ER as they usually tell people only to come if the bleeding is heavy, otherwise wait. Idk if they will do anything at this many weeks.
I can’t stop crying and been bed resting since the spotting. Do any you mums have any opinions or ideas on why could be going on or what to do as well as any story’s of personal experience maybe similar to mine?
Please… I feel so lost this never happened before!
