Heartburn!!!

How can i cure it at home until i can get some gaviscon? I don't like drinking milk on its own, it makes me retch.

I drank gallons of watered down cranberry juice.

haven;t any white bread in but can water down cranberry. its mixed with raspberry but its better than nothing!

Sorry bout the heartburn. I get it real bad too (hate gaviscon) only thing I know of is milk of bread which has already been mentioned but just wanted to add my hugs. It sux!!

bicarbonate soda/bakng powder
my mom swears by teaspoon sugar would try that not sure bout the bicarb!

my heart burn has started up, its earlier then the last 2 pregnancys as well. gets me on a night in bed, horrible thing. need to get some rennies

You don't like milk on its own - are you OK with milky drinks? I'm drinking Horlicks or Ovaltine Light at the mo - the effects last a while (unless I do the Chocolate one by mistake, as chocolate seems to trigger heartburn for me)
