Nausea returned after 2 weeks

Hello,

Hope I'm posting this in the right place but last year I had a silent miscarriage picked up by a scan at 10 weeks (pregnancy hadn't progressed beyond 7 weeks) so I know that we’re able to miscarry and not realise for weeks.

This pregnancy I had quite strong symptoms between weeks 6 and 8 (exhaustion/ swollen, very sore breasts/nausea but no vomiting) but literally overnight at 8+1 they disappeared.

I'm now 10+4 and the nausea and intermittent dry heaving returned a few days ago.

I’m 37 and had a scan at 7 weeks that showed a heartbeat. My next one is booked for 2 weeks but am too frightened to ask for an early one as I feel like it will just confirm my worst fears. I tried to feel my uterus too but nothing is palpable (or visible).

Has anyone else gone from feeling very pregnant to feeling nothing when symptoms are typically peaking? Only for the nausea to return when it's typically supposed to be tailing off?

Thanks in advance Grin
